Frequently Asked Questions - Pending Items / Backorder

Leave your email address in the "Waiting List" notification box that should appear on the product page. In the event that we restock the design or open a Backorder for it, we'll contact you right away!

Occasionally, when an item sells out and receives great customer demand/response, we will open a backorder to have it remanufactured!

Backorders work similar to a pre-order. After your backorder has been placed, stocks usually take anywhere between 3 - 4 weeks after a backorder has closed/payment has been made to arrive in Singapore.

When it arrives, we'll drop you a notification email and send out your order right away!

Cart out the item(s) you're interested in and we'll do the rest for you!

Note: If you're carting out in-stock and backorder items in a single order, you may opt for split shipping (we will ship your in-stock item(s) right away while your backorder item(s) will be sent to you at a later date, upon its arrival).

If you choose to have both in-stock and backorder item(s) shipped out together, you will receive both items at a later date - once the backorder item has arrived.
