*After receiving your order, our team takes 1 working day to pack and prep your parcel for dispatch

Delivery time frames are from 10am to 10pm daily exclusive of Weekends or Public Holidays

Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after two unsuccessful delivery attempts

If your parcel doesn't arrive within the timeframes listed above, let us know here

Our couriers will drop you a confirmation text prior to delivery so remember to check that your mobile number is correct

If your order consists of BO and Instock pieces, remember to indicate during checkout whether you'd like to receive them together or separately

If you've selected split shipping, your backorder will be delivered via Normal Courier unless otherwise indicated

International Shipping is available to all other countries at a weight-based rate which will be calculated upon checkout

The above International Shipping Rates are applicable for all Moodbox orders except the HVV MoodBox (SALE) option
