The other 10% of our products are sourced internationally and imported.

How often do you update?

We usually update once a week with a new collection! :)

How can I be informed of latest collections?

What happens when an item is Pending/Sold Out/Unavailable/Out of Stock?

When that occurs, simply leave your email address in the "Waiting List" notification box

What is a backorder?

Should we run out of In-Stocks for a particular item, we may open a Backorder.

This means that we are re-manufacturing the item in accordance to the demand/based on the orders we get.

For this, we require payment to be in prior to us ordering a piece for you.

Stocks will usually take between 3 - 4 weeks to arrive in Singapore before we mail them out.

How are my items mailed to me?

Items are usually sent out via Normal Postage (2 - 7 working days) or Registered Postage (1 - 3 working days).

On request, we also use FedEx or DHL.

What is the difference between Normal and Registered Postage?

Normal post is non-insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages.

Registered post costs an additional $2.24 per parcel on top of normal postage costs and comes with a tracking number that can be monitored online.

Registered parcels are sent directly to your doorstep.

In the event that there is no answer when a parcel arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or slotted under your door.

You may then proceed to the respective post office stated on the card to collect your parcel.
